Clerk
Up to £6.92 per hour. - Geographic Allowance up to £3,200 pa payable in many South East locations
You don’t become one of the biggest names in personal credit without a reputation for great customer service. In this role, you’ll need to appreciate this key aspect of our business as much as our customers do.
Along with a friendly and professional telephone manner, you’ll need good keyboard skills in order to deal with customer enquiries and to input data onto our computerised system. And while we’ll give you full training, you’ll need to have enthusiasm and commitment to spare if you’re to succeed.
Customer Recruitment Manager
Basic £11,613 p.a. (realistic OTE £25,000)
Ours is a real success story. To keep the pages turning, we need motivated and results-driven people to sell direct to customers in their homes. Working as part of a team, you’ll report to the Regional Operations Manager, and will be assigned your own territory.
You may have sold direct before – be it cable TV, utilities, catalogue or glazing products. Then again, you may not have any experience at all. What’s certain is that you have the enthusiasm and commitment needed to make a real go of it.
Development Manager
c. £18,000 p.a. + Performance Related Bonus /Geographic Allowance up to £3,200 payable in many South East locations / Location
We have 11,000 self-employed Agents serving some 1.6 million people in their homes every week. As a Development Manager you’ll support a 10-strong team, you'll develop both group and individual performance with an eye to ensuring that targets are achieved.
You'll be meeting customers in their homes and responding to their individual needs. You'll also be available to help your team with any problems they may have. Naturally, you'll need to be a born motivator, with the people skills and resilient attitude needed to deal with a variety of situations.
